The breakfast offered was fantastic and the hotel's location was great. It was in a quiet parkland area but still close enough to the town center, which had plenty of restaurants and attractions to choose from. Also, the parking facility was brilliant and convenient for the snowy weather.

There were a few issues during my Christmas stay. The walls were quite thin, and I could hear the other guests walking and chatting in the corridors and even through the walls. Also, the rooms were not well insulated as there was no fridge, TV, hairdryer or even a heater which made the room quite cold. I felt underwhelmed by my stay and expected better for the price.
